You have up to 28 days to return your Big Sack and request a refund.

Contact our customer service team and return your unused Big Sack, folded the same way you received it.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs will be at your expense. Upon receipt, we will refund you in full.
Before Pickup
Pickup orders can be cancelled up to 5 business days before your scheduled pickup date.
After Ordering
Cancellation must be made within 2 business days after placing your order.
We hope you won't change your mind, but if you do, you have up to 28 days to return your Big Sack and request a refund. Simply contact our customer service team and return your unused Big Sack, folded the same way you received it. Please note that return shipping costs will be at your expense. Upon receipt, we will refund you in full.
As for pickup orders, they can only be cancelled up to 5 business days before your communicated pickup date, and no more than 2 business days after placing your order.
